"I paid extra for faster shipping, it took them more than a day to give it to the post office, so my package showed up late, 2nd this hat showed up folded bad and is bent, not only that it is cut weird, I have lots of new era hats and they are all even cut around this is even and then the cut goes upward all the way around the hat. Spent $50 on this hat and it's the worse new era hat I've ever gotten. I'm gonna go on a limb and say it's a fake or factory defect. You can save $10 or more and get it off of nfl shop and get a real hat that actually looks good. I will include a picture of how weird it looks from the side. I am not gonna waste my time with a return considering how long it took to get and also their site claims they charge a 15% restocking fee on all items unless it's on them. You already know they will argue this. Save your money don't jump the gun. My lesson. The side cut makes it look like a bat wing."
