"There's no way they drained my oil and refilled it in less than 3 minutes.. all they do is pour new oil into existing oil and send you off. Save your car and go somewhere else"
"My wife took her car in and asked for an oil change (filter and 6 quarts). She waited half an hour for them to do this quick oil change and when they told her it was done they charged her around $200. When she asked why it was so expensive they said they also rotated the tires and checks the belts even though she didn't ask for that. Now that I'm trying to change the oil again I find that they torqued down the oil pan plug so hard I'm concerned they galled the threads."
"Took my car for an oil change, now my light stays on and no oil is showing on the stick. They will not correct it or even look at my car. But instead offered me a quart of oil Reimbursement if I put one in to make it to their shop. I paid $73 for this oil change, my car is only 3 years old. Oil light has never been on, just a routine oil change. And light keeps coming on saying oil pressure is low. And no oil showing on the dip stick. Never had anything like this happen before. This was my first visit to this place. What a disaster !!!!"
