"My wife took her car in and asked for an oil change (filter and 6 quarts). She waited half an hour for them to do this quick oil change and when they told her it was done they charged her around $200. When she asked why it was so expensive they said they also rotated the tires and checks the belts even though she didn't ask for that. Now that I'm trying to change the oil again I find that they torqued down the oil pan plug so hard I'm concerned they galled the threads."
