"Stopped here to pickup an online order. Waited for 45 minutes for someone in the back. They were on the phone with their boss/corporate. The three workers were nice but didn't know how to handle an order. I left without the order. I returned a couple of hours later. There were different employees. The first one attempted to look for my order but had to call someone else. That person found it quickly and handed it to me. There were items that I ordered that they did not have. I was not informed in any way until I picked it up. They told me I wouldn't be charged but offered nothing else."
