"Please find more staff for the Pharmacy. One shouldn’t have to wait 1 hour in a line for their medication. Otherwise have some multiple role personnel that can ring out prescriptions for both the in store line and drive through line"

"I can tell that Covid is done at this WalGreens in Hopewell, Va. Who ever is responsible for cleaning should be fired. Trash in the parking lot, entrance carpet is never vacuumed, The floors are filthy,(They waxed over the dirt) The Pharmacy counter is never cleaned and the staff is stepping on trash on the floor. No antibacterial hand wipes in the dispenser. When you leave, you feel like you have to go home and shower...I also have waited over 2 weeks to get my prescriptions, because they were out of stock, had to go to another WalGreens in another city to pick one prescription up..."

"Horrible. They will not look at their own website or answer their phone. I sat on a phone call for 58 min. Only for them to hang up on me. They ordered a prescription without my permission but I can't cancel it online because they ignore it online and keep bugging me and my care provider with text and email alerts. I can't cancel it in person either because they walgreens is not even in the state I leave in."

"I have been in pharmacy for 13yrs now and this has been the worse pharmacy ever. I try to be patient because I know what it's like to be short staff and busy but it takes DAYS to get meds ready. Dr called in medications today antibiotic and steroid at 948am at 430p my medications are still not ready. If they can't handle the volume they need to shut down. No reason for it to take over 6hours to fill medication that was sent in by a Dr."

"My physician sent my prescription in at 9:am, it's after 2pm and their still not ready. The answer they give is we are backed up,I do not blame the staff,but the establishment, what is going. They have one person waiting on customers, and she was working the window and counter. Come on Walgreens you can do better."
