"EDIT —months later and no improvement! this time I’ve been on hold for 90 minutes!! Yep, at this point I’m going about my business making dinner to see just how long they’re going to keep me on hold. Please please pick up the phone at the pharmacy. I understand being short-staffed, but there is zero excuse for leaving people on hold for over 45 minutes without so much as a check in!"

"The pharmacy staff is absolutely rude and unhelpful. Everyone working there just looks miserable. The drive through window is always closed. I have so many instances of bad customer services, but today I went to pick up an urgent medication for my 1 year old. They told me to wait and that they’re still working on it, this was called in hours ago. At around closing time when they didn’t call me, I went up and they were like we are closed and we don’t have enough to fill that prescription. I was left dumbfounded on the carelessness and nonchalant attitude. Going to go elsewhere, anywhere but here going forward."

"Didn't have my prescription in stock today and told me I had to call around myself to find another store . Tried that but the lady put my prescription on hold so I couldn't see the name of it for some reason. When I called back to ask the name and why I couldn't see it JEANIE smartly said what you need help spelling or something? No just the name , then asked why she couldn't transfer it and why the other store had to and then she asked me if I've watched the news lately ... not sure what that had to do with my question. yes everyone is short staffed and can't get stuff I understand but that doesn't keep you from doing your job and helping the best way you can and just transferring my prescription instead of being rude. Then proceeds to tell me to calm down and not yell when I'm giving back what I got . Save your time people they are horrible. Again employee is JEANIE"

"I use to love this location but now not so much! the window is closed half of the time, they never have my prescriptions ready, if they even have it, I waited on the phone numerous times for over 40 min to be hung up on. I'm done I don't know who I'm going to report this horrible place too but I am..."

"Your staff should be very disappointed in themselves!! I was on hold about about 20 minutes until someone answered and got put on hold again for about another 30 minutes. They said they were going to get pharmacist for me to answer my question and then I got hung up on right at 1:30. How dare you guys!! If you’re going to answer the phone at least be able to answer back right away even if it’s 1:30, being your break time, to answer the question that I had instead of just hanging up like that. Worst pharmacy ever!!"
