"This morning was great. There was a very helpful your lady. I forget her name. Around this time of year, the family dollar has $ 1 and $2 clothes. I purchase kid clothes and donate. The young lady helped with finding the better deals and also $5 outfits. I had a pleasant experience ☺️."

"Customer service was very rude here on Airport Dr location. Cashier and cashier trainee were very rude. The items purchased rang up less than the actual price. When I bought it to the cashier's attention, she got upset and rolled her eyes and acted as if I was bothering her. She did not want to go check the price. Another cashier came to help & she was rude also. She did not apologize for the other person's rude behavior. She said it was my fault that the price range up incorrectly. She said I should have told her the price before the end of the transaction. It's Family Dollar store's responsibility to ring up the accurate price, not me to watch & check their inaccuracies. I noticed that the man behind me in line was treated rudely also. They need to stop running their customers away with rude service."

"I was the GM here for a few years and tried to keep this store as clean as possible. It’s sad upon returning as a customer this place is trashed just like most family dollars. Poor customer service, sooooo many packages lying around the store missing the merchandise inside because it’s been stolen. Freight literally scattered all over the sales floor. Family dollars culture has always been piss poor so I’m not shocked."

"Worst customer service EVER!!!! They lock the doors at 9:48 and let a customer out in front of me at 9:50 and close the door in my face and locked it. When I ask do they close early the lady said “WE CLOSED”! I will shop across the street at Dollar General from now on. Way better customer service. I tried to call corporate and couldn’t get through, Maybe that’s why they ack that way because you can’t even report them. How do you close before the hours that are posted on your front door? SMH"
