"Rarely get out of work in time to even go to store to shop . Pulled in at 5:30 walked in wasn’t even greeted at all .not even I’ll be with you in a minute . Felt like I was a nuisance , Only one other person there . Wanted to get a sick system for my new truck . So I left no effort to even stop me and went to car toys . Greeted with open arms . Decided on a $5000 system scheduled service . Too bad I really wanted focal speakers but not to be treated like this . Makes me wonder how much money they lose with that service . I heard they have a good installer too . It’s a shame .it’s an honest review and I’ve used every shop in town for various vehicles over the years sorry you don’t like the review . I spoke to your employee not the other way around . Yes when I walk into a shop I do expect a hey be with you in a minute not ignored . Sorry facts .
