"1 week to schedule a tire rotation and balance. Front desk person is trying to tell me it's not out of balance if my steering wheel vibrates on the highway, but not in the city. Cleary he doesn't understand that if a tire is spinning faster on the highway, any balance issues are amplified.. physics."
