"I felt completely taken advantage of. We have used Allen tire in the past and seemed to have received good service. Well this time around I needed a drive belt and alternator replaced. Parts for both are under $300, well under. My total bill for these two items came to $1463.74. I called 5 mechanics in the area and they just laughed. In addition to Michael and Pat sounding like salesman on the phone. I will never take my cars to Allen Tire again. Nor will I refer anyone there. $1463.74 for one belt and one alternator. They got me good."
