"I have actually never been to such a poorly run Starbucks! The lady who took our order was pleasant and efficient but the people actually making the coffee etc were the absolute worst. Our two flat whites took 35 minutes to come after we paid and there were people waiting longer! There were multiple drinks just abandoned on the counter undoubtedly because people had to catch a plane and could not wait 45 minutes for a drink. The lady who took our order eventually came over to help and she got some things done but otherwise I might still be there 24 hours later!! It was so bad that it was almost funny. Avoid at all costs. Hold your nose and have a Dunkin' coffee just down the hall--your coronary arteries will thank you."

"This is for the terminal B Starbucks not the one near D/E gates. Terminal B staff is the worse. Orders online and order was wrong. Tried to get them to just throw some cream in the already wrong coffee to ale it drinkable and they completely ignored me and the woman who came after me with a wrong order. They just look right past you as you try to ask them to fix the order. Never again.."

"This may have been the worst Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Save your money and go literally anywhere else, as after getting both my drink and my food I had to toss both as they were not consumable. This Starbucks was extremely slow and very dirty. The staff were clearly not well trained, we’re extremely disorganized and could not communicate effectively at all. Despite not being busy when I arrived it took over 15 minutes to get a plain iced coffee. When I finally did get my coffee, the barista dropped the lid (which you drink out of) on the extremely dirty counter and then put it in my drink anyway. When I took a sip it was clear that coffee had been sitting around for hours and hours and was absolutely disgusting. Save your money and get a coffee on the plane."

"I work at this airport and can report with sober clarity that the service at this Starbucks is sub-par, and it’s directly a consequence of the poor attitudes of its employees. They frequently refuse to make drinks that require more effort than pulling a single handle. This location will continue to lose revenue and customers until this problem is addressed by management."
