"Oreo milk tea was horrible. No friendly faces more like I need a new life. Also stale Oreos were used in the milktea. Don’t recommend the Oreo milktea or any other thing honestly"
"I left before I could even order...went around 7p on a Monday, the place was empty. I had already looked at the menu online but wanted a plain milk tea (lai Cha), and couldn't see the option online. I asked the young guy that I wanted the strongest black tea-milk tea and he immediately said he didn't know what I mean, ok...I just want a strong black tea-milk tea or Hong Kong style milk tea but before I could even finish the sentence he interrupted saying 'I don't know what you mean'. I don't think he was even listening, and was clearly not interested in helping so I left right away, no need to waste time there. No doubt that what they offer is good however, basic customer service training and basic manners are urgently needed at this establishment."
"Absolutely adorable boba shop with gorgeous and delicious drinks, super cute and Instagrammable decor, and incredible service. I randomly found Infini-Tea when I was looking for a boba shop when out with a friend and wanted to try somewhere new (that didn't require me to go through the dreaded Seven Corners to get to Eden Center...despite how amazing that shopping center is). When my friend and I saw the photos of Infini-Tea's beautiful teas, there was no way we could pass up the opportunity to check this spot out for our selves and...wow...did they deliver. We both decided to try out some of their specialty drinks, with her going for their tiger milk tea (basically a brown sugar milk tea and Thai tea merged together) with boba and a cheese foam cap, and I got their dragonfruit / passion fruit blend with basil seeds. My friend loved their tiger milk tea, especially since it combined her two favorite flavors (brown sugar and Thai tea), although she found their cheese foam a bit lackluster compared to, say, Moge Tea, which specializes in foam. She also mentioned that their boba was a bit on the softer end, which she preferred, but it may be a bit surprising to someone who prefers the classic chewy, QQ taste of the tapioca pearls. From the fruitier end, I absolutely adored their dragonfruit / passionfruit blend -- it was incredibly refreshing and light, and it definitely seemed like they were using real, fresh fruit (instead of just the syrup and blended ice that most boba shops would use for their slushes). I requested it at 0% added sugar, and it was perfect the level of sweetness and really let the natural flavors of the fruit shine. The basil seeds were also a lovely addition, providing the texture / chew that I look for in a boba drink without overshadowing the overall drink. Although the drinks were incredible, the true star of Infini-Tea was how adorable everything was. The drink caps had the cutest little cartoon bears printed on them -- I honestly felt so bad stabbing the straw through the cap because I had to poke it through the bear's face! And the main wall by the entrance was covered with fake leaves and flowers, and it was absolutely adorable. Truly could not recommend Infini-Tea enough. :D"
"Tea is ok, interesting flavors. Got the dragon fruit tea which was delicious, but the popping bubbled popped in the straw. Milk tea is ok but not very flavorful. 3 large screens give tea information, but none list the price. Some teas are given names (oh my Lord!) but no description of what is "oh my Lord". They have a selection of food but did not try it."
"Actually has a lot of good snacks and unique bubble tea flavors. Surprised they have so many savory options including noodles, bot churn, and Banh mi. I ordered a bot chien and a flan milk bubble tea. The flan bubble tea was perfect. Wasn’t just artificial flan flavors that doesn’t actually taste like flan like other places. It’s actual flan chunks you can eat while you drink the bubble tea."
