"I needed help to reach a pair of shoes for my son that was up at the very top, the highest shelf. I needed help twice while at the store, the first time was to check the size of my feet since losing weight and aging seems to have effected my feet and had my son's checked too. He really did not even know what size to tell me and said to try different sizes between 7-8 since 8.5's were loose. He did not seem rude however. I appolgized the second time I asked for help because I also work in retail and I understand how hard it can be. Plus he did not seem happy to help and I wanted to apologize. He did not say anything to me after I applogized for asking for help. Let me add I bought 4 pairs of shoes, socks for me and my son and him a really cheap little toy. Right at almost $300 which is a bit pricey so the BOGO isn't really a good deal if shoes are priced this high and these were cheaper shoes (including 2 pairs for my son. 2 pairs were Sketchers, one kids boots and one pair of NB shoes (4 pairs of shoes in total). I need to really go over my receipt because in my head I would have expected the cost to be a good $60+ cheaper. I could have bought the same shoes online cheaper. I just went online and looked and can get the same kids Sketchers for $30 cheaper along with all the other shoes. I would have saved $100 on everything ordering online. One of my friends said the other location has a better selection but the customer service is just as poor. She said sometimes you will get lucky and maybe they will order the size you need but they rarely have the size she needs. Next time I will try another shoe store or better yet, order online."
