"The buying experience is very easy no pressure sales. If you like it then buy it. What I don't care for and this is the 2nd vehicle I bought from them is they have to do a better job at cleaning the vehicles before the sale. Both times I had to go and clean the vehicle myself. If someone spends that kind d of money then clean the car up for the customer."

"Everyone there was extremely professional. I was very comfortable dealing with the sales people and they were extremely helpful and helping us pick out a truck. The CarMax employees in general were extremely polite and willing to help and answer any questions that I might have had. There was no pressure whatsoever when dealing with the sales people. The vehicle itself was spotless inside and out. For a truck that had some mileage, it looked like it came off a new vehicle showroom .CarMax sales system is probably one of the best I've ever seen in my past 75 years.
