"I've never reviewed a pharmacy before but here goes. I will never go back to this place. The customer service is astoundingly bad. I called this morning with a question and was put on hold forever. I had called last week and the call was almost as bad. So I went over there and was treated like I was an idiot. What's the deal? IDK but whatever it is, I have no interest in ever returning."

"I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. They use to be Rite Aid. So much better since changing to Walgreens. Friendly & experience staff. I really appreciate the pharmacist & their daily dedication to customers."

"The pharmacy manager apparently doesn’t allow prescriptions to be filled if your doctor or you live over an hour away from the pharmacy. So if you aren’t from this area or have to travel to a doctor don’t bother trying to get medicine here. I’m not sure how this policy is even legal?"

"I've been getting prescriptions filled there, ever since Walgreens came to Wytheville. They modernized an existing drug store, and updated it. Their pharmacy staff are cheerful, courteous and very knowledgeable. The store is very clean, well-stocked, and their prices are reasonable. And I really appreciate their drive-through pickup, also. A small side note: the pharmacy staff spend their own money to buy the doggy treats they hand out at the drive-through. That makes them special, to me."

"Service was a bit rocky during the switch from rite aid to Walgreens but that was to be expected. The staff is always very kind and goes out of their way to be kind during the long lines and wait during the reconstruction and after while they got use to the new system. Overall they do a wonderful job and the people working make the issues from the company switch a bit easier to handle."
