"When I walked in I was astonished to see them blatantly violating ADA laws. As someone with a service dog, I was very shocked the management allowed this to be placed out in front of the entrance. Granted, I was with my family at the time, and not my SD, I would have dared them to say anything to me other than asking “is this a service dog, and what his task/duty is?” Maybe educate yourselves before you end up in a lawsuit."
