"Not family friendly My husband, myself and our 2 kids were traveling back from St. Louis, MO to TN in the middle of the night. We needed a bathroom break and some refreshments. None of the other gas stations for several miles were open at 1:30 in the morning. We FINALLY found this one was open!! I go in to make sure and to confirm they have bathrooms. The sign on the bathroom door said to I needed to get the key from the cashier, so I ask the lady up front for it and she says she can't give it to me. She says it's policy for them to close their bathrooms at night. In desperation, I ask where a an open bathroom is, and she just shrugs and says she doesn't know."

"After buying a scratch-off lottery at that specific store, I won some money. When the employee scans the ticket she tells me she can only pay out with a money order. I ask for it back but it’s too late. So now I have to go to Walmart to cash this money order and get charged a fee. All because I wasn’t asked before she scanned the ticket. She looked at it and knew before she scanned it that she would have to use a money order. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Stay away from this store."

"Everyone is so friendly plus Lonnie forgot to pump the gas after paying and didn't notice til after we'd been home for a couple of hours. When I called the store the manager matched up the amount with the time stamp and pump and made it right. A lot of places would have said tough luck. Just need to remember to pump the gas lol!"
