"RUDE - was allowed to take a truck for a test drive and was told to go anywhere you want to in it. Drove through Slate Creek and stopped at a family member’s house to get their thoughts on it. Everyone liked it so it’s time to buy. When arriving back to the dealership to make a deal, the older gentleman came out. He greeted at the truck with “where have you been?! You’re the first I’ve ever seen to take a truck out almost an hour!” Apparently there is a time limit even though the man said take it anywhere you want or maybe they’re afraid you may find something wrong with it if gone too long. Then he signaled for another couple to come get in it and go for a test ride. The man did not ask my family “how did you like it? Interested in a deal?” Instead, he let another couple in it to ride and walked away from my family! Left standing in the lot, was never asked if any interest in buying, walked away. The intention was there to buy it but after this incredibly rude showing and unprofessionalism, my family left the lot. If the price was reduced on a truck to a dollar, we wouldn’t buy it here. How a business treats you is a high priority. Treated horribly. The young man that works there (maybe his son) wrote me a private Facebook message saying we were idiots and they sold that truck in 5 minutes after reading this poor review. Anyone with common sense knows you can’t sell a vehicle in 5 minutes with all of the requirements needed by law and it’s not a good idea to call someone an idiot as they will surely never come back after that. The following summer, multiple people accused this young man online of fraud because they bought certain car pieces online and he either never sent them or sent the wrong thing. Would not get back in touch with them until after he went on a vacation. He said he would see what went wrong but last I heard a lawsuit is pending. He deleted his facebook and the business temporarily suspended their Facebook page. Soooo don’t you dare buy anything here."

"Purchased used SUV 12.5.23. 12.19.23 catastrophic front end failure. Chris admits it’s unsafe, but will not replace or help in any way. He abandoned a 65 year old disabled customer. Hired attorney, suing for max damages."
