The two *kids* up front couldn't be bothered to do much, stuffed me in a dressing room with no mirror and couldn't be bothered afterwards. No plastic on my new jacket, no check by an employ to make sure it was right - I won't need anything from there again."

"Was in the store for 45 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me or said they'd be with me shortly. Picked my shirts by myself, took them to the counter and stood there for another 10 minutes... walked out... pitiful example of customer service... In response to your note below: If your regular business hours actually means during normal customer hours (i.e. after 5PM) - I would love to give you a call. Unfortunately, during what you call normal business hours, I am unable to break away from my job. My job requires my complete attention during normal business hours - and the reason I was at your store was to be served when I had the time. If a customer walks into a store like yours - they should be at a minimum recognized and an estimate of when you can get to me provided. I've spent thousands of dollars at other Mens Wearhouses without issue. This lack of customer attention cost you another $1500 in sales that I took elsewhere..."
