"If possible I would have given zero stars. Staff is young and clueless including the one supervisor I dealt with. It required no less than five female employees who all stood around a male trainee drooling and texting to deal with a $20.00 exhange of a belt. Because I had brought the belt in after 30 days they would not let me exchange a clearly defectice product for another identical belt. All five employees and the clueless and rude supervisor all agreed it was defective. To confess I did carry the belt around in my truck for weeks before bringing it in. Unfortunately, TSC just lost a good customer, I had just purchased a $2000.00+ trailer several months earlier plus other items and have shopped there for years. Not again, not ever this is bad business and terrivle customer service! I realize employees are had to get but they are scraping the bottom of the barrel now."

"Great store. Doesn't have everything I wish it had, but it surprisingly has really good clothes. It can be pricey but if you hit a sale or a clearance rack there are tremendous deals! I'm not a farmer or don't have horses or anything, but there is plenty for the average city folk in here. Good selection of dog food and supplies."
