"I can usually find what I'm looking for. We live in a small town it's nice to have the Family Dollar in town. The problem is that they don't staff the store well enough. There is always stock that has not been shelved in the isles. Even with that the employees are very friendly. It's not their fault that they don't have the help they they need to help customers and stock the shelves."

"Put in application. Was hired by the manger. She left and a new one came in. He then hired someone else. Meaning took my job and gave it to someone else. Pretty ticked off. There is another sign now hiring and he told me that he already hired someone else again. This store in new castle needs a better manger. I am to the point I do not ant to even shop in there anumore."
