They didn't even have the common courtesy to call let us, it was there!. When I called Abby was very very rude,! Rite Aide was a thousand times better in every way!"
"The 2 new pharmacists that have taken over after Rite Aid converted to walgreens are terrible. First of all the approach and rapport they have with myself is degrading. While waiting or standing in line, I've also observed the same behavior numerous times toward other customers. They seem unprepared, short fused, and usually unpleasant. I have left the pharmacy too many times feeling agitated, which can at times ruin the rest of your day. I truly miss the kindness and empathy that the employees of Rite Aid pharmacy showed. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on."
