"I went here for my drive-thru COVID-19 test. The young lady at the window failed to acknowledge that I was there even after the only other vehicle had pulled off. I waited another 4 minutes as she walked away from the window and proceeded to talk to another employee. Customer service is lost on some people. I then had to call back to ask for additional information and the rude employee on the phone acted as if they had a million more things to do that was more important than answering some simple questions. I absolutely would not recommend using this pharmacy unless you have no other choice.Terrible attitudes with the people I dealt with."

"Pharmacy has gotten a lot better than the pandemic days. Lines are shorter. I don’t use the drive-through. I always walk inside."

"After having used this CVS pharmacy for years, we have now switched all of our prescriptions to a different one. The employees are helpful and friendly, but it appears that they are overworked and understaffed. Lines are long, phones are not being answered, and prescription are not ready when they should be."

"I waited in line for 15 minutes to pick up a prescription, to be told by the cashier that it was on hold and that I needed to speak to the pharmacist. I then waited for 30 minutes and left. I’ve called 6 times, on hold for at least 15 minutes each time and no one has ever answered the phone. I just transferred all of my prescriptions to Costco. I don’t blame the employees. They are obviously doing the best they can."
