"Our experience with Rich Plourde Jr. was wonderful. I have a hard time finding shoes that work for me with swollen feet and needing shoes with a low foot bed. I have been looking for a long time, Rich recommend Haflinger slippers; which are sturdy and very comfortable. I have worn Brooks tennis shoes and Finn Comfort sandals before. Rich found tennis shoes that fit great and lower heel sandals that are very comfortable in these two brands. Several pair of shoes I picked up, he explained why they would or would not work for my situation m; which I appreciated. He also found a comfortable Brooks tennis shoe for my husband. "I don't know why all the great reviews, took a pair of boots here to be repaired, after over a month they call saying I can come pick them up, when I do they are not repaired, nobody knows why? When I dropped them off the guy up front was telling me how his shoe repair guy is the best and can fix anything. Yea, big waste of my time."

"The first time I went in I was helped by Frank. He was kind, caring, and took his time helping me. I came back to buy the shoes he suggested and a gray haired man assisted me. He had no idea of the brand of shoe I asked for (flexx I guess they are new to them) he gave me and sold me the wrong shoe size (I asked for a 7.5 he gave me a 7 and sold them to me) and made me feel completely rushed.
