I tried to go in with my wife today to look at suits since I’ve grown a bit since my last one and needed a couple new ones. We were both shocked at how hot the store was when we were hoping for some reprieve from temperature outside especially when looking at clothes that are typically warmer too. The employees were very nice and helpful even though you could tell they were uncomfortable. We couldn’t bear to stay too long in there though. I truly hope this is taken constructively in the way it is intended for both customers and employees to have a pleasant place to purchase and shop for your wares."

I planned on coming in with my husband to get his suit for a job interview, but immediately had to leave because the store was uncomfortably warm. I mean it- no change from outside to inside. Was the thermostat broken? Do you realize no one wants to try on suits, let alone sit and wait for someone to? Please fix this. Your poor employees and customers don’t need heat stroke."
