"I just bought a new Traverse, and Noah Boggs and Pat Caulfield were amazing to work with. They really helped me out by getting my payment down to where I felt comfortable. Noah was so diligent and patient when I didn’t like the numbers I saw. He would go back and talk with Pat. Pat came through with a great deal. They closed at 6:00 and I was there until 7:30 working out everything. Not once did they seem aggravated with me. Stacy Hayes helped get my paperwork done in record time! She knows what she’s doing. I appreciate everyone there so much. I love my new vehicle and have them to thank for it."

"Where do I even begin! I purchased a vehicle from Greenbrier Chevrolet a little over two years ago, I have always delt with all the local dealerships which are all connected but that will no longer happen and let me explain why! When I purchased my vehicle it had 43k miles on it purchasing the 100k mile extended warranty, I was never informed of any active recalls or anything on this vehicle. A week or so shy of having this vehicle for two years my engine blew in my vehicle during this time I had just lost my father also. From the beginning of this situation the only individuals that assisted me were the the individuals in the service department! Going back to Michael Lee at Greenbrier Chevrolet for assistance since he is the one that sold me my prior vehicle he was absolutely rude and disrespectful. We came in stating how we did not want another used vehicle because of the current situation we were going through and that's all he even wanted to show us. Nobody including Pat the acting manager even wanted to help us with the warranty situation where they were demanding we submit bank statements which was no where stated in our extended warranty. I have tried getting ahold of the owner of the dealership and nobody wants to give me his contact information. I am going to explain one more time how arrogant and rude Michael Lee and Pat the manager was. Michael stated to me if you buy this used vehicle off me I promise everything will be ok with it and I will cover anything that's not but yet he wouldn't hold up that end of the deal on the previous car he sold me. .He also lied to us stating the check engine light was on in my vehicle which we knew it wasn't because that's why KIA wouldn't cover the engine and when I paid the service department it even stated on my receipt how the check engine light WAS NOT ON! When I questioned Michael about it he got very hateful with me. It is an awful shame that this dealership is all we have in our county. I am now in dept with a new vehicle because nobody would help me get things fixed when they sold me the vehicle that had an active recall!"

"I've visited the Service department before and have never had an issue like I have this past week. Dropped my Buick off for a diagnostic. Left it on a Friday, so while I was gone all of the next week, they could've found the issue and fixed it. Issue was found on Monday, but for the next 4 following days I was told "Well we have another car/technician busy on a "big job" and it might be the NEXT Monday before it will be done" Had to take off work on the following Monday, to give them 1 extra day to finish the job that could've been done in 1 week. Finally, I had to call today (On Monday) and was told "well looks like Tuesday we could get to it". If you aren't able to work on a vehicle in the allocated time, or anything happens that you KNOWINGLY can't finish the job, why even push day back over and over? Why not inform the owner that service will not be completed soon & return the vehicle? Or why even accept more appointments for service than can be handled? Just worth going to the Buick Dealer/Service in BECKLEY or any other, but sadly not many are left in the area. Later informed that the issue on the "big job" not relating to my service, was someone else's part that they "waited a month for"....ok, but again, that becomes YOUR responsibility, not mine."
