"Dirty. And then all these kids parents are ignoring the “must wear socks” rule and tracking stuff on the dirty bathroom floors all over the equipment. Gross."

"Our grandson had a great time at Bounce Play-n-Create! 2 issues... shame the carousel was not working AND if it was ,,, you had to pay for a ride...same with the bulldozer.. it too was not working and required an additional payment of .50 a ride."

"The kids really do have a blast! They push their limits and get stronger. I’m really glad the kids can grow here. In essence that’s all that matters but.. They should have staff to engage with families during their time there. It looks like it’s usually just one or two people working during open hours. They need staff to coach the parents and kids on the tall tower- kids often climb the levels enthusiastically to ceiling height and then panic, they don’t want to do the slide and they don’t know how to get down. And the parents aren’t allowed up to help them. Also their snack bar is only chips and dip-n-dots, they should offer some carrots/apples (no mess and healthy) and staff the snack bar as well."

"We live in the Charlottesville community so bounce play-n-create is a place we go often. We went last week and were there for a few hours. I was amazed by how dirty it was. Recently it seems very unkept. There was dust & hair all over the play equipment. Huge jagged rips on all inflatables. One door handle was broken from the inside. The inflatables were not blown up enough! None of the "create stations" clean. ( Other parents do allow their children to leave trash & spill things. Not totally the companies fault) The paint set up was missing also. It's cheap & children absolutely love the place! I was just taken back by how it went down hill."

"It’s a very complete place, lots of thing to do and they have a really good Attention, we made a birthday party there and they were very efficient and it was perfect !"
