"They like to nickle and dime you. Storage fees start the day they pick up your car. There's a gate fee. Long story short my vehicle was stolen in Colorado and W. Virginia state police found it and had. It towed to this impound lot. You would think someone who drove 1,600 miles with their family to recover their vehicle they might cut some slack on the charges and fees but no they didn't."

It stalled on us right in front of the shop. What a miracle! Bill treated us like family and stayed with us for several hours, keeping us out of the cold, before our ride arrived.
