"I stopped in for some soft scrambled eggs and ham. The ham was very good but the eggs were not soft scrambled. They must have been powdered eggs, the kind like you get at Hardee's or McDonald's. I do not want FAKE powdered eggs. Or possibly the eggs were whipped up by the cook and then placed in the skillet but she never stirred them with a fork. They looked like hard pancakes, and then the cook cut them up in little bitty pieces. Out in the country where people raise their own chickens, it looks like the restaurant at Henry's Quickstop could use real eggs and scramble them the way Grandma used to scramble them."
