"I was looking for zero stars but it’s not allowed. Earl who claims to have 8 yrs experience with Verizon was a condescending man who made me feel incompetent. I absolutely knew what I needed , but his authoritative manner slapped me down repeatedly and talked over me until I had no choice but o leave this establishment. Went to the Verizon store on Rio Rd the next day, and Kisa and the staff helped me and resolved my issue without a know it all attitude. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO EARL AT THIS VERIZON STORE"

"This store is equipped with an amazing dynamic duo, Earl and Sherry!! Every single experience I've had at this store has been on point! The two staff members are absolutely amazing and will get anything and everything you need handled in a timely and informative manner. They continuously go above and beyond to strive towards customer satisfaction, understanding and appreciation. I had a bit of a technical glitch recently and they made sure I walked out of their happy even though it put them both out by having them stay beyond closing. They did it happily and until the issue was resolved. Would never go to another Verizon store!"
