Not surprising, they share a relationship with 1st Choice Towing & Recovery which has many bad reviews and poor ratings from BBB, Manta and others, and serves Floros Downtown LLC which has a parking lot that thrives on towing. You can tell a lot about people by the company they keep. Buyer beware, or maybe just go elsewhere."

"Just bought vehicle 4 days ago. It stalled out on the way home (getting onto 81 steering locked up very dangerous). It has stalled out half a dozen times since then twice on my way into work today. The tail hatch won't stay open on its own. I get it sold as is. But really? Never trust a small lot dealer."

"Went to visit the lot today and it seemed like a nice dealership. That was until they denied me a test drive because it was raining. However, he did offer to start it for me- what a joke. I explained I have a landscaping business so rainy days are the only time I have to look at trucks and was ready to purchase today. Not to mention I pulled in in a truck worth more than the one I was interested in. Salesman went to ask his manager and came back to ask how old I was. I said 24 but it's all good and walked away. Much to their surprise, a few hours later I have a pending deal on a similar diesel truck from a dealership a few miles away who was more than happy to have my business."
