"Nice to have a grocery store on top of a mountain! Prices were a little higher than your average grocery but that's to be expected since there isn't much around for 40+ miles. We purchased our beef here for chili (locally sourced beef) $9.99 a lb. Everything else was about the same price as anywhere else. Staff was nice and store is cozy!"

"It’s highway robbery. While they have a decent selection of certain things for as small as a store it is, save your money & stop at a store at the bottom of the mountain. They are taking advantage of their customers because they know there is no other grocery store at the top. They don’t mark their prices on anything so you have no idea how much your bill will be until they ring it up. They also charged us $10 for a sandwich we didn’t get. Unfortunately we didn’t notice it until a day later. We spent nearly $300 there on groceries for the 5 days we stayed here for a family of 4. Ridiculous!"

"This store has a little more than your basic necessities. They have breakfast sandwiches at breakfast and lunch sandwiches at lunch time. They can be a bit overpriced, but this is the norm for anything on this mountain. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about this mountain and this area in general. They are able to give you information for something that you that you enjoy or are interested in that are in this area."

"It's a nice and convenient place to get the things you need without having to take the long journey to the nearest town. Reminder, you PAY for its convenience. Therefore, prices tend to be higher than average. Made to order items they serve are good, staff are mostly friendly, and the store is kept up nice."

"What a great convenient store on the mountain! It’s perfect to get pretty much anything you want and considering the majority, if not all, the hotels, condos and villas have a kitchenette, you can stock up for a meal to cook yourself. They have everything from snacks to canned goods, frozen pizzas to steak and a nice collection of craft beer for the beer lovers and wine for the wine lovers. They even have dog food and motor oil and a Starbucks coffee machine. The best thing is they serve a light breakfast for take away which is great because they open at 8am. Breakfast sandwich and burritos with hash browns, Made fresh to order. The lady who worked there was very pleasant and the prices are fair. Within walking distance from snowshoe village."
