"I had an interstate battery that apparently had issues. They checked it, and within 5 minutes handed me a new battery... under warranty... for free... how do you improve service?! I don't know... maybe give a complimentary steak and baked potato... joking aside, the service doesn't get any better then this."

"It’s quite a challenge finding this place and I arrived 4:40 pm, 20 minutes before closing time. The tech Tom said they only install batteries until 4:00 pm. I pleaded, they consented, I am so thankful. The new version battery didn’t look as snazzy as the old one. But I found out the old Interstate battery was since October 2012–that’s a good 9 years and 4 years over the expected life. The Interstate brand, the accommodation to put the new battery in, and the friendly efficient service by Tom and the lady who took my payment are truly worthy of 5 stars!"
