"Service was horrific. Lead mechanic constantly complained about his medical conditions; took it in for a state inspection on a classic car. He failed it saying the taillight didn't work...the taillight works. He just seems miserable. Sorry he isn't feeling well but it shouldn't bleed over to how he treats customers."

"I’m sure they do good work but I just paid over $100 for an oil change. I also paid another $100 just to have them look at my car. They ended up recommending a $1300 tune-up (spark plugs and coils). Not a good place to take your car if you are cost sensitive."

If they could do the work, they quoted me a price and let me know if they found anything else and waited for my approval. If they could not do the work, they let me know and did not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. Free of charge, they fixed a couple issues that national chain service-shops created w/my wife's SUV (socket attached to the oil pan; oil left pooled near the engine to collect leaves & other natural debris, which began to smoke)."
