"Stood inside for service with no customer service. Employee took several orders thru drive and completed the orders. Two customers walked out. 8 orders on the screen for drive thru still could not place an order!! Don't recommend entering the building to place an order."

"I came here for breakfast the guy at the register said it’ll be 20minutes before he got to us. When normally they take orders at the drive thru, then we came back for lunch my $13.29 got taken out of my account the guy came out and said that it’ll be 15mins for chicken and he didn’t know if it’ll be done. Then he refunded my money. Overall don’t tell somebody you have chicken and take their money then you won’t allow them to substitute it."

"Wow we're do I begin I asked for no ketchup and what was on it hmmm. We waited received our food and went home. Not even 5 min away. Well was way overcooked and dry. Bacon was black It was so dry I lost my appetite. Sad this location has severely gone down hill."

"I went in on a rainy day and ordered a simple burger. The MOD, Joan, was a very pleasant person and everyone else on staff were also very pleasant. One of the workers was willing to recommend something to me when I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted, and the bathrooms and the store itself looked very clean. The seasoning on the fries were plain addictive, and the burger was very messy but also incredibly delicious, and generally, I just don't regret any part of my visit today. Thanks, Joan and the other ladies working there with you!"

"The 3stars is just for the staff, 0 for the food quality over the past few months. I've been coming here for about 8 months for breakfast and while the staff is friendly and fast, the product is severely lacking now. The biscuits are dry, hard, and almost inedible and the bacon is so hard i usually throw it away. I've been trying to put up with it for a while now, but im just done. There's 3 other Hardee's around here and they all have better quality breakfast, so I'm just going to go there from now on. Sorry, not sorry... and here's a picture of the sad biscuits in question."
