"If I could give a 0 star for service I would. Customer service play a major role in a customer experience. The attitudes displayed by the staff is a bit disgusting. I don’t care how good the food is, if the service is poor I won’t return. It wasn’t like this when they first opened. The employee with the red braids who speak to people even elderly as if she’s on the streets needs to be terminated."

"Called in a order. I walked here in the rain from across the street. Told me they only take card.didn’t bother to mention it over the phone. Nowhere on the website or doors does it say that. I had the exact cash didn’t Evan need change. Had to walk back to get my card. Nor would they remake my food. I also noticed a different price then it what it says online. She said she couldn’t do the online price which is definitely false advertising. This is my first time here since they gave me food posion July of 2022 promise I’ll never be back. 6 people that ate it including me were sick sick throwing up the next day."

"We ordered fish sandwiches with coleslaw and tartar sauce didn’t receive non on both sandwiches. Workers No hairnets. . Used same gloves to cook and clean mopped floor, no refund or credit refund. They only accept credit cards no cash and refund refund."

"I ordered the pork chop snack which is the special on Fridays. It was tasty and fried perfectly. The fries were also fried perfectly. It also comes with a roll. Ken, the cook washed his hands with soap and water at least 2 times while I waited for my take out order…always a good thing! Ken takes care of the customers at the cash register. When he rang up my order I mentioned it being today’s special and he promptly adjusted the price. Kind and courteous customer service from both men on their 2 man team. The pork chop is very thin but they used the center cut which I prefer. I’m looking forward to trying their fish. One customer liked the chicken breast sandwich, another liked their fish, the first person I asked was there for gizzards. I recommend them for takeout and I look forward to trying their fish soon."
