"I really wish I could give this dealership 100 stars and that wouldn’t be enough. Due to some safety concerns with my previous vehicle I felt unsafe driving it any longer. I had been looking at the new Chevy Trax and after practically being ignored by my local Chevy Dealer I found this Gem in Front Royal. Despite the fact they closed at 8 they told us to come on in even when we wouldn’t be there before 7. (Knowing completely well the process was going to take more than an hour) We were there until well after 11 but we got the deal done and me into my gorgeous new Trax. We apologized for keeping them so late and thanked them immensely. For our response we simply got that it was their pleasure to help us and they apologized this was taking so long. Had an hour drive back to WV and noticeably tired. In the morning they followed up to make sure we got home safe and to make sure we had no remaining questions from the previous night.
