"So disappointed. Didn't realize that Captain K was under new ownership but figured something was up when I saw the menu was different. We ordered our usual fish and shrimp combo and it was terrible! We took a few bites and threw the rest away. It was so greasy, the fries were soggy, and the hushpuppies had some weird breading inside of them. We used to love coming here for lunch but after this experience, it won't happen again."

"The staffs was very accommodating and well organize. The place was very clean and the food was really good for the price I paid. Would come back again 10/10. Thank you for the great experience!"

"I haven’t been to Captain K’s in a while, since I’ve been watching my caloric intake. This was a cheat day, so I decided to get the whiting meal. Big mistake! The restaurant is under new ownership and it’s no longer our great little seafood restaurant that we’ve known and loved. The whiting tasted like watered down frozen fish with no seasoning. The fries were a soggy, greasy, mess. The prices are higher and the meal was terrible. The staff were friendly and attentive. I wish I’d just gone to McDonald’s instead. If you plan on going here, just prepare yourself for a new experience. If you like the food the way it used to be, I don’t recommend this business."

"Flounder has no flavor, fries were burnt, bbq sauce was watery, tar tar sauce taste like ranch and hush puppies were stuck together and burnt… better off making it at home don’t waste you’re money guys…"

"The food smelled so good but taste was decent. Shrimp were okay fries were okay. Chicken breast strips taste like cafeteria chicken that I had in high school.. processed I don’t know. I would pick a different restaurant of I had a choice to go back."
