Buffalo Wild Wings

"I haven’t had buffalo wild wings in a long time every time I’ve ever ate it I thought how mediocre the food is but I was really craving buffalo sauce so I decided to get a lunch special that they have for boneless wings and fries. I got there at the time it said to…I had to wait five more minutes for my food. No biggie.. but When I got to my car, I took a bite and it was cold, I HAD to get back to work so I didn’t have time to ask them to reheat it. I just don’t understand if I had to wait on my food why it would be cold …the French fries, even though they look like french fries, taste like paper And the only good thing about the entire meal was at the buffalo sauce was good the chicken, even though it’s a good size Taste like cardboard.. Absolutely not worth it even if it was only $12 I would’ve rather have eaten the paper at my desk $12 to eat paper from Buffalo wild wings."

"Decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the NFC championship game which I thought was a great idea. Walked in and was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait when there was more than half the restaurant empty. I asked if the tables were reserved I was told they weren’t, but the reasoning was because they only had 2 servers and were backed up in the kitchen. So instead of seating us and having us wait at a table, which I completely understand being understaffed, we sat at the bench by the door. Once being seated it was very far in between seeing a server and there was only 1 other table with 2 people in our section of the restaurant. It was over an hour before we got our food which initially we only put in for the chip and dip trio and mozzarella sticks. The waiter did bring us pretzel bites to apologize after admitting our food sat in the window too long and needed to be remade, but honestly it felt like it was a mistake order given to us instead of being trashed. Once our wings and fried pickles came out it was very clear they had been sitting for a while and the pickles were so pale I just took them home to air fry them myself. We had to go up to the bar to ask for drinks we had ordered but didn’t get, silverware because we were never given any, and the bill. I do not blame the staff per say, but I definitely blame management for poor staffing especially on what should be a huge night to bring in money for the establishment 10/10 very disappointed. I should have taken a picture of the food there but I was so bummed I didn’t think about it but I do have a picture of my fried pickles as I set them in my air fryer for reference as to how underdone they were."

"Been standing in the foyer waiting for 10 minutes. 2 managers walked by saying we will be right with you but that was not the case. There are 4 tables seated. No acknowledgement or someone to say there will be a wait. I brought my sons and their neighborhood friends. A manager stood at the to go register so I walked up and asked if I should take the kids elsewhere and that's when he said, no, it'll be like 10 minutes because I only have 1 server. Thank you to Micah for turning this experience around. Management needs to work on communication with customers. 10 minutes of standing at the host stand with no communication is longer than anyone should wait. If the kids didn't want this, we would've left!!"

"Excellent Buffalo Wild Wings location. The service was great and so was the food. You can’t beat the prices. We got the cheese curds as an appetizer with wings and fries as our entree. The sauce we got was the wild hot and the Blazin sauce (very spicy), and my husband got the spicy garlic and bourbon bbq sauce. Excellent service! Forgot to take a photo of the wings. We appreciate the military discount for Veterans Day. We will be back"

"I ordered 20 wings for pickup. I paid $2 extra for All Flats. It was worth it. The wings were delicious. I did pay for celery and instead received ranch dressing! This was disappointing. Not going to drive back just for celery. Check your order. There was a brown bag in my order, so I thought I was good. Live and learn."
