"Ordered online and Wings were good but they didn't give me the brownie I ordered and apparently their version of the cheese fries is stale old fries with literally drops of cheese along the wrapping as you can see in the picture. Beyond disappointed in the service considering they were completely empty so there should be no reason I have a missing item and old fries that aren't even the cheese fries I paid extra for."

"When I pulled up they were cleaning, which is always good, but having every chair on the tables gives the impression that they are closing soon, already closed, or they don't want people to dine in. They don't tell you about the specials other customers tell you. I asked for a drink, and I was never told they did not sell that drink but they rang me up for a drink, knowing they didn't sell what I asked for. I believe one of the staff was being trained, but until they know how to do everything, they should not be taking orders alone."

"I haven't eaten from a Wing Stop location in years due to a bad experience, but I decided to give it a try. I went inside the restaurant to order and was greeted by the most polite staff member. He was very friendly and kindly took my order. Great experience so far! I ordered the mild wings with fries and a drink. Unfortunately, I went home to eat the food and was very disappointed with the wings. It literally tasted like oil, water, and very little sauce. The ranch was the only reason I was able to eat the chicken, in addition to my own hot sauce. I reached out to the company through the website to share my experience and they were amazing! I received a gift card from them and decided to try again but a different flavor. So I went in and had the same good customer service experience and picked up the order of classic Cajun wings and Cajun fries with cheese and ranch sauce. This time, I was very impressed with the food!! It was fresh, cooked just right, and the flavor was most certainly poppin! I loved how it had a lil spice to it as well! I'm grateful that the company responded well and provided me with the gift card to give it another try! But I most certainly hope they improve that mild sauce so that others don't have the same experience! The fries were always good though!!"

"Another great find on google maps, staff very nice and pleasant first time trying, I ordered To Go Carry Out, 8 classic wings combo all flats fried hard with half and half sauce garlic Parmesan and Mango Habanero, ranch dipping sauce on the side and seasoned fries. Hmmm very well cooked fresh, hot and tasty, wow the sauce on the chicken was amazing, So Good! I’ll try other items next time I visit. I love trying next restaurant, It was a good experience."

"I placed an online order for their deal they have for 20 boneless mild wings and a large fries, scheduled to pick it up at 12:15pm go there at 12:18 to pick my food up, and my “mild” boneless wings were just regular wing with no seasoning and my fries were disgusting and soggy. I called them to inform them of their error in the flavor of my wings the manager told me that “mild”wings have to spice … which defeats to propose of calling them mild wings. Plus to cashier and the manager was very rude in person and over the phone. Bottom line don’t eat here. I’ve never seen a wing stop as dead as they are, which then again I understand why by the service of the food and their customer service."
