"Sorry to say I heard good things about this place.food as good but the portion size for the price not so much. For 55.00 the 2 meats meal that should feed 4 not so much. I got a side of greens for 3.50 I got 2 to 3 bites I know greens are not that expensive. The baked beans were in the same size container. I’m sorry I don’t mind spending the money I know things have gone up but this was an 50.00 meal for 1 . Very disappointed"

"Delicious food, well seasoned, big portions. 3 years later update/edit: I can no longer give this restaurant five stars. The food quality has gone down. The portions are still decent, but the taste of the food is no longer anywhere near as good as when they first opened. Quite often, I've found the brisket and pulled pork to be dry. They also give you a nice puddle of vegetable juice with your order of green beans or collards."

"We tried the Sunday all you can eat buffet. I think it was $18.99 a person. They have a good amount of choices available. Pulled and chopped pork, wings, fried chicken, sliced sausage, hush puppies, Brunswick stew, chicken and dumplings, green beans, bbq beans, potato salad, Cole slaw, chicken salad. I really enjoyed the potato salad. I am not a fan of onions in potato salad and this one doesn't have any. The chicken salad is delicious! I enjoyed the Cole slaw. I love that it is finely chopped. Both the pulled and chopped pork are delicious. The fried chicken is crispy and juicy! I really enjoyed the sliced sausage. The green beans are ok, they are green beans. The chicken and dumplings doesn't look great, but is delicious. Definitely try some. The Brunswick stew tastes like it has been stewed for hours. The flavor is really good. They have 5 kinds of sauce: st Louis (I think), nc bbq, brisket, soppin and hot sauce. Try them all! They are good on different things. The st Louis is good on the seasoned pulled pork. The brisket and soppin is good on the fried chicken and the sausage, the NC on the chopped pork. Mix and match, try them all!"

"This is a counter service BBQ restaurant. We stopped in late on a Saturday night, not busy at all. The food was fresh and zesty. Both the brisket and pulled pork BBQ were hearty and flavorful, so there was no need to add any more sauces. You have the option of a small cup of cole slaw for the sandwiches. They serve hearty onion rings. The hush puppies are more generic and fluffy. The staff was friendly enough. The dining area was clean enough. It has more of a cafeteria vibe. Good place to take the family. There are many menu options to choose from."

"First I must say we had some amazing customer service! The food was pretty awesome as well! The only thing I would say was that I was 50% sure I was eating a once frozen cheeseburger. Aside from that, everything was delicious and fresh."
