"I dreaded having more repairs done to my house because of how much bad luck I've had with contractors in the past doing shoddy or incomplete work, not showing up, needing to be micromanaged, etc. Our house was a fixer-upper from the start that we've put a lot of work into over the years, and pretty much every problem you could ever have with a contractor we've had in this house. Mike and his guys were literally our first positive experience and will be the only handymen we'll ever be calling again when the need arises. They did a mix of work including siding, roof trim, and repairing a leaky back door and the rotted wood around it's frame. Had only one small problem with their repairs, which they owned up to and came back out to fix. No dodging calls once they already had our money or making bs excuses for why they needed to be paid more to amend a mistake, which was another too-common experience in the past. Communication stands out the most. They tell you when they'll be there, give you a heads up if things change, and show up accordingly. Seems like a simple concept, but again, in my experience something most contractors have great difficulty pulling off."

"Lowe’s contracted with this terrible company for my parents when they wanted to remodel their kitchen. The job was supposed to be finished around Thanksgiving but it is now early February and the kitchen is still not complete. The owner has been rude to my parents and has attempted to milk extra money out of them despite everything already being laid out in the contract. They held our kitchen hostage during the disputes by refusing to install appliances that were already paid for, likely with the hopes of making my parents cave in and pay. For 3 months we had to cook our meals in a microwave and on the grill out in the cold. At one point we didn’t even have a kitchen sink so we had to wash our dishes in the bathtub for over a month. Now they can’t figure out how to get the microwave onto the shelf that it was designed to fit on. I should also mention that their “electrician” cut into an outlet box (a code violation) to run wires out and create another outlet for the aforementioned microwave instead of installing a breakout box. This company is a scam and a joke. Do not fall into this trap. Update 1: I don’t care how long you’ve been in business. That is irrelevant to the abysmal experience we had with you. It’s funny how you won’t accept the blame here. Yes, Lowe’s was partially at fault but we had no problems at all with the other subcontractor they sent when we refused to let you back into our home. Good luck with your future endeavors because you need some good reviews on here to back up your claims of providing *mocking voice* “complete customer satisfaction.” It’s HILARIOUSLY cowardly how you ask readers to contact you to “discuss in greater detail” whatever you may want to discuss/mislead them with. I don’t know what there is to discuss. I wonder what lies you’ll feed them in order to make more $$$. If you really care it will be easy to contact us. We’ll be waiting. As of now we’ve heard nothing."
