Plaza Azteca Mexican Restaurants

"Plaza Azteca, Elizabeth City, NC During dinner with several friends, our waitress overcharged my bill, no biggie and not that much, but when it was pointed out she got the manager who proceeded to inform me that the bill would not be corrected. When questioned by another from our table, he threaten to increase the bill an additional $2.50, if I did not pay the initial overcharge. We were treated in a totally unacceptable manner. There are other great locally owned Mexican restaurants locally. WE WILL NEVER GO TO PLAZA AZTECA AGAIN! The manager's behavior was rude and unacceptable."

"We (5 adults) ordered our meals after verifying that the price on the promotional coupon,(which was in date),was correct. When the bill arrived, the price was higher than on the coupon. We spoke with the waiter, and then the manager, Neither was willing to accept the price on the coupon. We will not be returning. Our food was good, and service excellent, but if they were not willing to accept the coupon and agreed upon price, then it becomes a matter of principal. There are too many good Mexican restaurants in our area to return to one that does bait and switch."
