Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I live nearby and happen to love Chipotle so we come here often. The service is so bad that I won't be back. It's just slow, slightly rude and they never have anything out (for example they never have fajita peppers and nobody offers to make them), they speak so quietly you can't hear them, and when I ask them to repeat or clarify they huff and puff. The soda has been flat and warm several times, the soda machine doesn't have ice. The bathrooms and utensil station are always a mess, nobody has any situational awareness about the state of the restaurant. The food is ok, not the best Chipotle experience but also not the worst."

"Genuinely the best Chipotle. We moved here a few months ago and our old Chipotle was so disappointing we stopped going. We have gone to this one several times now and every single time the staff is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond, and the food is always great too! Such friendly staff I had to write a review to commend them for their great customer service!"

"Dropped by this afternoon for some lunch and man was it busy! Despite the decent amount of staff it still took a considerable amount of time to have our order fulfilled. The establishment definitely was a bit dirty as well. However, the food we did receive was fine despite them being completely out of fajita veggies."

"The food itself was good if you like Chipotle style burritos or burrito bowls. The problem was that the restaurant was very dirty. The staff was not very welcoming either. We had to ask where to begin the order, and we were not greeted after standing there for a moment or two even though no one else was in the restaurant. I’ve been to a few Chipotles before, but this one falls short due to the dirty restaurant and unfriendly staff."
