"I have never gotten good service or a correct order from this location. Most of the time they don't even ask you if you want certain options, they just give you whatever is the default. For example, if you order something like the KFC kids meal you need to remember to explicitly ask for fries if you want them, because they'll just give you applesauce without asking. Even if you do order everything perfectly they will usually forget something so make sure to check your bags before driving off. I used to go to Taco Bell every chance I got, but now I often find myself deciding to skip it, especially if I know we'd be going to this location. Most of the Taco Bells around here have bad drive thru service, but this one is probably the worst."

"We came here with friends after an evening at the beach and wished to dine in. The posted hours were not observed and much to my chagrin, it was all locked up when we arrived. So, we decided to hop into the drive thru. Worst. Idea. That day. 25 minutes later we rolled out of the drive thru to drive home the 5 minutes. We get home and everything is cold. I had asked in the drive thru why the dining room was closed and why things were moving so slowly. The response was priceless, she looked straight at me and said: "There are only two people in here working." Two. Two people. Working the entire restaurant. Pardon my French but how in Sam Hell is this even allowed or ok? If this store can't function as intended it shouldn't be ATTEMPTING to function at all. It gives the whole brand a terrible name. I sincerely hope the franchise owner gets his or her head out of their a** and fix their sodding business. I feel bad for the workers. I feel disgusted at how many corners were possibly cut to get this place in a passable state, let alone safe to consume products from. This is coming from a prior Chick Fil A Manager."

"Worst taco bell Ever. Very slow, employees talking on their cell phones, I had to send my food back twice. The first time because I had asked for no dairy and they put avacado ranch on it. That's not an ingredient in that burrito. Then sent it back again when all they put on it was beans and rice. WhenI got it the third time, it was still missing ingredients and I finally just asked for it on the side and built the burrito myself!! BTW, I had to ask multiple times for sides because they were enough for 1 burrito. I ordered 4! People were there over 15 minutes and still waiting when I left! The tables were covered with fresh and food, the floors were sticky, the drink station looks like a cesspool."
