"WOW! I feel robbed without a gun and mask! I ordered a tuna sub and got a mostly bread! The tuna was so thinly spread on the sub like a sheet of paper! It’s a darn shame the prices have been raised and meat decreased! This is ridiculous! I doubt very seriously they even put the four scoops they usually put on a foot long! This more like 2 and a half-3 tablespoons!"

"Came in today. Asked for a flatbread 6 inch. I was told the flatbread only came in one size which was a 12 inch never heard of that nor have I ever went to a subway in the Norfolk or VB area and was told flatbread only came in one size I didn’t complain just walked out because I already knew that was false information….I went over to the subway on east little creek rd next to the UPS store and Navy Federal bank got what I asked for"

"The worker Cindy gave us poor service cause my sister was not allowed to charge her phone in the outlet clearly available above the table. Then also gave us a bad attitude."

"I always eat there the food is normally good. Service is normally friendly and nice…. Not this time the older white lady there either hates her life or hates her job or both. While I was waiting for my mobile older I watched as she was extremely rude to her fellow employees moving them out her way and just bushing them out her way. I was waiting for her to finish ringing up a customer to ask if was my order ready behind her she looked at me rolled her eyes and ignored me until she felt like dealing with her job. Definitely will not be returning to this location."
