Sonic Drive-In

"What is wrong with this place? How is it even open? Why does it take so long to order? I'm in an empty lot and have to wait 5min to be waited on. Had to obnoxiously press the red button.. I don't understand.. Fries were limp and burger bun was stale. Don't go here, cook out is 500 feet away, go there instead.."

"My experience with this sonic first time , I will not be going back. They didn't fix my burger right and all the manager said was sorry. She said we have had alot of order with customer want some items on the burgers and some off. I told her that is not my problem. I got all the way home with a disappointment, burgers was not like I order it. Very bad customer service."

"I know why I avoid this location. The place outside is a dump. Garbage cans overflowing, sidewalks dirty etc. The woman working the drive thru had an ugly attitude! When asked for ketchup. No thank you, hello nothing… please get it together Sonic your company has potential! My visit was on 12/4/23 around 1:30pm."

"Tried to order 2 milk shakes and could not identify the size with the price. Order by price of 5.00. The person taking the order said there are no 5.00 milkshakes. Nope they are 4.99. Since this caused some kind of stress for this person the manager decided to provide no cherries for the milkshakes. Such a loser place. These people can’t think on their own. Need at machine to do it for them. Pathetically rude. I see the sonic canned response and Thanks! But you don’t need my call based on other reviews my experience is pretty consistent. Just fix the problem."

"I was in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and no cars were moving. Everyone was getting out of the Drive-Thru line and either leaving or parking and going in. I go in and there's only a few people working and I can see people working but no one came to take our orders for about 15 minutes. I can hear them tell people who were pulling up to the Drive-Thru it will be about 30 minutes before they get their food. I will not be going back! Fast Food was really slow today."
