"How do I possible give negative 5 stars. Customers were leaving and the staff said let them leave it’s not going to make me go any faster. I ordered a mobile order or here. I went to the drive-through waited 30 minutes finally got to the window for them to tell me that they’re only doing inside now. I go inside wait 30 more minutes for them to then tell me that it’s going to be a minute. They never checked me in. I never got helped. The lady was told to check me in three times never did finally got assistance and was told they didn’t have half my order. I got charged for a meal I never got the told I can fix it on the app. No one answers there company phone and the employees are rude"

"All of a sudden I had a hankering for BK. Went in wide eyed and an bushy tailed looking at all of my choices. The lady at the counter was nicer enough to help me with my choices. Boy the prices have gone up! But, that means quality right? Nope, I did get a value burger and I guess that was my fault as the pattys tasted as if they were on their way to jerky town and the bun must be from 2023. Lesson learned! but hey I got fries and onions ring all in one! Do better!"

"It took over 10 minutes until someone came to the counter and that was only after a guy that came in well after me yelled for help. At least 1 car went to the drive thru, then drove to the window, then drove away since no one helped them. All this happened with I believe the manager sitting in the dining room chatting on his phone."

"ZERO stars if I could. Me and several other people (including door dash) tried to come here yesterday around 6pm. All lights on, doors open, ZERO employees. Creepy. No signs or anything."

"Honestly, the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve been in. There were flies and nats everywhere. The soda machine was out of more than half of the flavors. To make it worse, the pictures below are of the Ghost pepper whoppers we ordered that somehow took them more than 10 minutes to make. One was supposed to have pickles and it didn’t and the other had a moldy bun, all for only $37! DO NOT GO HERE!"
