"They did not honor the free large fry coupon they sent me because they messed up my fries. They advertise this “fry bomb” promotion, that if they mess up your fries— they will send you a coupon to your email for a free large fry. I tried to redeem my coupon yesterday and the cashier acted like she didn’t know what me or my mother was talking about. She asked her manager and he acted like he didn’t know either, when the promotion is literally on all their cups and bags. They were rude and had nasty attitudes. After being a customer for years, I will no longer be dining at ANY Rally’s/Checker’s restaurant. I was going to order more items alongside my free large fry, but since they wanted to act like they didn’t know what I was talking about— me & my mother walked right on out and went next door to MCDONALDS."

"The restaurant was very clean. Service was okay other than the young man who took our order was eating. Food was nasty. I had the fish sandwich that was hard and distasteful. It seems that the sandwich was already made on just how hard fish and bread were from sitting under the heat lamp."

"Love the new dining room option.. however as usual the food was cold the burgers were lukewarm at best... While the cold ingredients were crisp and fresh... I still want my meat hot. Experience with customer service was awesome Love the front line cashier... Probably jubilant and extremely pleasant even though she took my order in part to begin with."

"Stopped by on Saturday night just after midnight and placed an order at the drive though. The service was lackluster at best. It seemed as if it was a problem to have my order read back to me. When I got home and cheched my order, my extra large fry was half empty, the fish sandwich hard and dry, and buffalo chicken tenders were not sauced at all. Just regular tenders in the box. Everything was there, but it wasn't up to the standard I expect from Rally's. Make sure my fish is edible, the fries are full, and buffalo chicken tenders have buffalo sauce! Smh. I think I will go to another location next time"
