"Another great hole in the wall! I had the pancakes platter and my husband had chipped beef. Both were very good and servings were large. Will definitely be back when in the neighborhood again."

"I should have taken the first warning when they got a club sandwich wrong and when I said something about there being no mayo they put almost a whole jar on it. I came back the second time and it was worse than before. Ordered a Coca-Cola without ice and they gave it to me hot and flat so I sent it back. Then they gave me a bottled one and it was expired by two months. The coffee is gross too. I tried to let it go and just waited for my food, which took forever. When it finally got here I picked up the hotdog and it fell apart immediately, not to mention it was cold. My daughter ordered the stuffed french toast and said it was gross too. The only halfway tolerable part of the meal was the French fries. Then when I mentioned something the waitress had the nerve to start arguing with me. She refused me a refund until I asked for the owner Jesse. He was the only respectful person in there. Will not come back and do not recommend, I'm disgusted and disappointed."

"Don't let the location and outside put you off. Great little jewel of a place. Lots on the menu. The only negative was no salt in the grits. As you know that is grounds for capital punishment. The reason I put a picture of the ketchup bottle was because our server opened the top. She didn't have to. I'm capable. But it was a nice touch. Staff outstanding."

"First time visiting but definitely will not be the last. Sausage gravy was out of this world . Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices, huge portions. Whole place had a " comfortable , homey " feel to it."
