"It's a bit pricey but not unaffordable. I ordered a few things for the family as a first time buyer I can say that if you are looking for fast service this is not really the place but everything is made fresh so the food was hot. I had the fish sandwich that wasn't over seasoned and the fish had good moisture. I heard this place was a local favorite I give it a solid 8.5"

"Pork chop snack meal with a small side of greens For the price of the meal I could have gone to the grocery store and made this myself The pork had zero seasoning the collards were too sweet to eat man and cheese was salty Haven't been to feather n fin in years now I remember why I don't go this place Complete waste of money"

"I was able to place and make payment for my online order but when I got to the location at Princess Anne Rd there were two guys who made me aware my order didn't show up on their end but that they would take care of me. I showed them an electronic receipt with the order which they had to ask me to show them several times while I waited. Those two guys were very nice and I was fine waiting but while sitting in the lobby I heard the other workers in back cursing and among many other things that I just felt were wrong. I was so angry with myself for paying prior to coming or else I would not have bothered with the order. The staff is rude and do not accommodate nor respect their patrons. Not to mention my order was incomplete and I waited a very long time."

"I typically have okay existences at this location but tonight (11/6/23) the staff was completely unprofessional. The kitchen stopped making the full menu at 10 but didn’t update the kiosk for the available items. I seen the cook get into a nasty attitude with multiple customers. Personally, I bought a gizzards meal and after 25 minutes I was told by the same nasty cook that they’re not making any gizzards. The manager then offered for it to be made for me and that they were saving it for the next day. He offered to upgrade my fry to a large and a Mac & cheese side. I was asked if I really felt like waiting for the fries before being given my plate with less than the normal amount of fries and a container for a small coleslaw with the Mac in it. I said that I didn’t wait 45 minutes to be given less food than I would be given had it not been rushed and I didn’t want that small side for compensation. The manager didn’t want to give his name but beware."
